Computer hard drive failures are the number one most misdiagnosed computer repair issue by home PC users and inexperienced computer service center technicians. By the time most people determine for themselves that their computers hard drive is failing, they have already lost much or all of their valuable data and are they're facing a costly and possibly unsuccessful data recovery job. This is especially true if the available bandwidth remains the same but your need increases. You need to take these things into consideration, although it is not always necessary for you to upgrade the entire network in order to increase your bandwidth. There are some virtual applications that are available that may be able to increase the bandwidth that you have by as much as 10 or 20 times. This bandwidth will be available across the board, for all of your networking needs. Be cautious about any applications that will increase bandwidth for only certain types of network traffic, such as compressed data. You would want to make sure that it was available for every type of data that was being processed.

One other very important thing for you to consider is the reliability of the network. After all, you're going to need to rely on the service provider in order to get you connected and at the same time, you're going to need to rely on your immediate network in order to make sure that you're up and running at all times. You want to make sure that you have a team available which will work quickly to correct any problems that may occur. At the same time, you would want to have a close look at any equipment that is available for the network to make sure that you are going to have the least amount of problems that are possible.

Your monitor screen is fuzzy, make sure the connection to the video card to the monitor is connected correctly if the issue is still present then make sure you don't have any speakers or anything that is magnetised as this can damage the monitor.

There is a buzzing sound coming from your speakers, again like the monitor make sure the connections are fitted correctly if the buzzing continues then there maybe a issue with the grounding on the mother board, try connecting a ground point on the motherboard to the case and see if the buzzing stops, if not the speakers could be damaged.

You're running windows XP and your USB mouse and keyboard aren't working, this is because Windows XP is quite old now and you will have to install the drivers for most devices that use USB connect, this isn't the case with the newer operating systems. If after you've install the drivers and the mouse and/or keyboard still aren't working make sure the USB controller drivers for the motherboard are installed, and see if you can test the mouse or keyboard on another computer to ensure they are working.

You can't connect to the internet, they are many reasons this could be because the modem your connection to isn't connected correctly but if your connected wirelessly to a router then make sure your connection details are correct like the right password for wireless key. Also with most modern routers you can see if the router it's self is connected to the internet via the connections settings option.

Your hard drive is making a ticking noise, this is normally the sign that it's ready to fail or die, so backup all the data from it to be safe that all your information doesn't die with it. Some older hard drives sound like this but the new ones of today don't make that much noise at all.

Your computer keeps restarting it's self or crashing, they are many reasons for this but the most common one is over heating. If your computer or laptop is in a closed space or has a lot of components inside it they is a high chance that it will over heat, they are many ways to avoid over heating, the main one is to install extra fans inside your computer case, and the main way for a laptop is to place the laptop on a flat surface or get a laptop base that has fans in it to go underneath.
